Item Amélioration de la photoactivité des nanotube de dioxyde de titane par dépôt de nanoparticule d'argent(UMMTO, 2018) Zalouk, ZinaDans ce travail, nous nous sommes intéressés à l'amélioration de la photoactivité des nanotubes de dioxyde de titane dans le domaine du visible en déposant des nanoparticules d'argent sur ces derniers. Pour cela, nous avons synthétisé des nanotubes de dioxyde de titane par voie électrochimique (anodisation). Le dépôt des nanoparticules est réalisé par une photodéposition dans un électrolyte contenant du nitrate d'argent sous un éclairement UV avec des temps d'exposition de 10, 20 et 30 minutes. L'étude des propriétés optiques et photoélectrochimiques des TiNTs-Ag a révélé l'effet bénéfique sur la photoactivité de la présence des nanoparticules d'argent traduit par des écarts entre les densités de courant sous obscurité et celles sous lumière visible et une différence entre l'absorbance des TiNTs et celle des TiNTs-Ag pour les échantillons étudiés.Item Calcul des courbes de dispersion de phonons dans les alliages FePt, CoPt de structure L1.0(UMMTO, 2012) Yahi, MustaphaItem Calcul des niveaux d'énergie atomiques dans un potentiel de yukawa par méthode variationnelle(UMMTO, 2016) Merhab, MahioutItem Dépôt de nanoparticules de Nickel sur un substrat d'argent et de silicium(UMMTO, 2017) Bara, KaciActuellement de nombreuses recherches ont porté sur l'élaboration et la caractérisation des structures nanométriques (nanoparticules, nanofils, nanotubes,…) en raison de leurs propriétés particulières par rapport aux matériaux à l'échelle macrométrique (massifs) ou même encore à l'échelle micrométrique. En effet, leurs applications sont liées directement à leurs tailles. Ce type de matériaux sont recherchés souvent pour leurs propriétés photocatalytiques de fait de leur très grandes surfaces spécifiques. Dans ce travail, on s'est intéressé à l'élaboration et à la caractérisation des nanoparticules de Nickel de taille de quelques dizaines de nanomètres sur substrat d'Argent (Ag). Ces nanoparticules sont obtenues par réduction électrochimique des ions métalliques de Ni par voie électrochimique, à température ambiante. En parallèle avec les avancées des expériences en science des surfaces. L'étude de l'adsorption de CO/Pt(111) a été effectué en vue de réaliser des applications catalytiques, les études théoriques à base de la théorie de fonctionnelle de densité (DFT, dites aussi méthodes ab-initio) connaissent un développement considérable dans le but de reproduire et comprendre la formation des structures compliquées de la matière à une échelle atomique. Dans ce travail, nous exposerons les différents résultats entrepris par calculs DFT, dans une version pseudopotentiel PAW sur les surfaces avec et sans défauts. Une étude préliminaire 2D de l'effet des paramètres géométriques sur la longueur d'onde de coupure du mode fondamental TE10 de la cavité en forme de "C" en argent a été réalisée par la méthode FDTD. Dans un second temps, les conditions nécessaires pour l'obtention d'un couplage à 2D entre deux guides d'onde ont été déterminées. Enfin, des calculs FDTD à 3D de transmission et de confinement ont été menés en faisant varier le nombre et la hauteur des guides constituant le coupleur. Les résultats de ces simulations ont montré la possibilité de guider et de confiner la lumière par le biais de ces coupleurs.Item Etude de pertes par diffraction d'un résonateur optique(UMMTO, 2018) Kettih, SamiraL'étude effectuée et présentée dans ce mémoire concerne, en première approche,l'élaboration de méthodes numériques permettant de calculer les effets de propagationrelatifs à une impulsion optique en fonction du nombre de transits (aller-retour)dans un résonateur optique et du nombre de Fresnel. L'objectif est d'étudier l'influence de ces paramètres sur les pertes occasionnées par diffraction sur lesbords des miroirs constituant cette cavité. Le résonateur utilisé à cette fin est dutype Fabry Perrot. Une méthode d'itération numérique est utilisée pour résoudredes équations intégrales issues d'intégrales de Fresnel-Kirchoff., dans l'approximation de Fresnel et dans l'approximation paraxiale. Afin de confirmer la fiabilité descodes établis, les conditions utilisées par de précédentes études ont été considérées,vérifiant le bon accord existant avec les résultats obtenus par d'autres auteurs et lesprédilections physiques. En seconde étape , les codes implémentés sont appliquéspour l'étude de l'évolution des amplitudes relatives et phases du champ.
