Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على المساندة الاجتماعية وعلاقتها بالصلابة النفسية لدى عينة من مرضى السكري، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من 4 عينات من المرضى بالمستشفى الجامعي "بالوا" الذين تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية. لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي (دراسة حالة) مقياس المساندة الاجتماعي ومقياس الصلابة النفسية، وبعد التحقق من ثبات الأدوات وصدقها تم تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين المساندة الاجتماعية والصلابة النفسية وان مستوى المساندة الاجتماعية مرتفع لدى مرضى السكري ومستوى الصلابة متوسط لديهم.
The aim of this study is to reveal the relationship between social support and psychological hardiness among diabetic patients.
The sample of the study consisted of 4 Patients, and deliberately selected. To achieve the aims of the study we adopted the descriptive research method (case study), also we used psychological hardiness scale prepared by “Mekhimer”, and social support scale and after checking the validity and stability of the scales, we applied them on the sample.
The results indicated a statistically significant correlation between social support and psychological hardiness also a high level of social support among the diabetics, and medium psychological hardiness level.
